From a simple Excel spreadsheet to a platform trusted by professionals nationwide. Here’s the story of how CurbCompass came to be.
2024-2025 relied on title company access for lead gen
Spreadsheets and stale data was the norm. As a realtor, I turned over every rock trying to find the right data to generate buyer and seller leads.
2025 – Started official computer science journey
It was around this time I had discovered wholesaling. Still not touching it, I was new to the term, but have done in the past by “Bird Dogging’. After years of web design and front-end dev, I officially started my Computer Science degree and no MS in Software Engineering.
Spring 2026 – A java project was born
For my class Java class project I decided to build a wholesaler progressive web application. The initial front-end and backend were built using Java.
June 2026 – Curb Compass was born and redesigned
As a solo founder, I redesigned the wholesaling PWA and redid the entire front-end. CurbCompass was born. Check out our roadmap.
July 2026 – Soft launch, features growing
